My job, as a coach, is to help individuals to explore and pursue new job opportunities or promotions with confidence and self-assurance. I understand that the job search process can be overwhelming, and the thought of a new position’s responsibilities can bring up feelings of self-doubt and uncertainty.
Firstly, I want to get to know you, your values, strengths and goals. We’ll work together to identify any limiting beliefs or negative self-talk that may be holding you back from pursuing your desired career path. By identifying and addressing these issues, we can create a strong foundation of confidence and self-esteem.
We’ll also work on developing strategies to help you present yourself effectively in interviews and other professional environments. This may include practicing active listening, improving your communication skills, and learning how to present yourself confidently and professionally.
Once you’ve landed the job or promotion, we’ll work on developing a plan for success in your new position. This may involve goal-setting, developing a positive mindset, and creating strategies to overcome any obstacles that may arise.
Throughout the entire process, I shall be there to offer support and encourage you each step of the way. My objective is to help you develop the skills and confidence necessary to succeed in your new position and from there, achieve your career goals.
